Oich is a new Yiddish word that could be translated into English as "ouch", meaning, OUCH!, as in "Ouch, this world is getting weirder and weirder" or "Ouch, something really bad happened and I am pissed off" or "Ouch! this crazy misguided confused world we live in!"

By why say OUCH when OICH has a much better ring to it, a postmodern newly-coined bloggerly emailerly Yiddishism.

when things look bad, just type OICH! (with the ! mark) and be sure to emphasize that IT IS NOT A TYPO.
